Editorial policy
How we research
Listings are written from public specifications, manufacturer information and retailer product pages. Each listing links its source and shows a last-checked date. Verdicts are labelled research-based unless we have actually used the product, in which case we will say so.
What we never do
- Invent testing, quotes, reviews or star ratings.
- Make health or veterinary claims beyond what a cited source says. We say "ask your vet".
- Endorse trainers we haven't verified. The training directory is "listed, not endorsed".
- Let affiliate commissions or sponsorship change a verdict or ranking.
Prices
We show price bands only, which are indicative. Check the retailer for the current price and stock.
